Privacy Policy

The WMS Global Resources Global Privacy Notice provides a framework of understanding regarding the processing of personal data collected by WMS Global Resources, its subsidiaries and affiliates listed herein (as applicable, hereinafter referred to separately and/or jointly as the “Data Controller”).

This Privacy Notice does not apply to our headquarters or in-country staff employees who are individuals employed by WMS Global Resources and who work directly for WMS Global Resources and not directly for a client of WMS Global Resources. How We Use the Information We Collect The Data Controller collects and uses the data collected for the following purposes (as permitted by local law)

– Provide staffing solutions and connect people to employment;

– Create and manage accounts online;

– Process payments;

– Manage our relationships with business partners, customers and suppliers; to the extent permitted by law and pursuant to this Privacy Notice, send promotional materials, job alerts and other communications; to the extent permitted by law, communicate and manage participation in special events, promotions, programs, offers, surveys, contests and market research

– Provide you with Human Resources services, including administration of benefit programs, payroll, results management, and investigations or disciplinary actions

Use of Automated Data Collection Methods When you visit our Sites, we may collect certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web beacons and web server logs.
